This week was full of struggle. CNS (Central nervous system) was malfunctioning due to which body was shaking and BP shoot up 170/100. Took one day rest and took 3 days course of CNS stimulant steroid injectable finally attacked settled on Friday.
Despite struggle Doctor suggested not to skip my workout after one day of rest. I have not missed my workout despite weakness and muscle craps. On Sat was not able to push due to hit as I started late but completed 4 Km run.
On Sun also I started late at 10.45 am and completed 2 Km bare foot run despite foot was burning. It is YOU that can create DESTINY not the circumstance.
