WHY :
To do God's work you should have healthy mind in healthy body.

WHAT :
- Improve CNS
- Try to have muscle of iron and nerves of steel by Dec 2016
- Gain strength with muscle mass.
- Enhance endurance with speed in long runs.
HOW :
- Reading Bhagvad Gita and try to apply its principle in life
- Weight training thrice a week.
- Cardio and abs work out twice a week
- Sat long run 10 km
- Diet and supplements
Will share my exercise routine and how i cope up with my odds later.
